I’m a storyteller. Stories unfold unnaturally, and because of that, I won’t alter anything unless asked to specifically. I approach things pretty hands-off during an elopement or wedding day; that is, I don’t pose a lot, ask you to smile, or give direction on what to do with your hands. Rather, I invite you into conversation with your significant other so that we can get authentic expressions and reactions — and you’ll never wonder what to do with your hands, because it will all feel natural and unforced. My focus is entirely on experience – it you feel comfortable, I’m accomplishing what you hired me for.
WEDDING COLLECTIONS:
For a celebration as customized as your wedding day, the photography experience should reflect the work and passion that it’s taken to arrive here. This is about the in-between moments that nobody sees until looking through a stack of photographs after the day ends.
This is about connection; stolen glances between bride and groom, moments with loved ones, and silent tears of happiness from grandma.
Faces and details that would otherwise go unnoticed – all important, all meant to be documented.
My approach to wedding photography is to tell the story of the day as honestly and accurately as possible, with a steady mix of candids and natural portraits to boot.
This year, I’m only taking on weddings with less than 75 guests. (Occasional exceptions, reach out if you think we’d be a good fit.)

Guaranteed, there will be deep belly-laughs, quiet space meant for reflection, and moments that bring out the gold in your relationship. Everything will be documented in a genuine, “true to the day” way, and you’ll walk away feeling closer and more connected.
Details, breathtaking views, and an epic adventure are all secondary to the story of what makes you work as a team. We’ll laugh and hike (or drive to a lookout) and toast and celebrate – because this is one incredibly special day.

This is what I call ‘aged love’. The splendor of aged love is the depth that it takes on. Layers upon layers of honesty, forgiveness, joy, heartache, redemption, and reconciliation occur in a marriage — and it’s never the same thing twice!

My approach to photographing your brand is all about detail. We’ll communicate thoroughly before, during, and after your session to create a collection of photographs that tell the story of your brand and the heart behind it.
