Hip hip hooray! Heather and Lucas’ wedding photos have arrived. I love this wedding for multiple reasons, but I’ll start with naming two. 1) The bride. I had the pleasure of attending the same high school and university as Heather. Quick note about this girl: she took ‘Literary Theory’ because she wanted to. I know NO other college student in the history of the world that would ever take Literary Theory out of sheer delight for the sake of a challenge. What’s more, it wasn’t even for her major. She really stunned me, however, when she found a park in Shoreline that wouldn’t be populated on the most hectic weekend of the year (oh hello, Seafair). So, the bride – she’s brilliant, she’s beautiful, and she’s practical. Heather, I’m calling YOU when I need to scout an area for the next wedding that I shoot. 2) The first look. I am honored that these two trusted me with capturing their memories. Although they may boast about not knowing what to do in front of the camera, they somehow nail it every time.
